How long are BODHI Gift Cards / e-Gift Cards valid for?
BODHI Gift Cards / e-Gift Card are valid for thirty six (36) months from the date of issue.
Where can I purchase a BODHI Gift Cards / e-Gift Cards?
BODHI Gift Cards / e-Gift Cards can be purchased online or at any BODHI’s spa location, or at BODHI’s Head Office at 206 Stirling Street, Perth.
When purchasing online, you can opt for an e-Gift Card (emailed to you or the recipient) or a physical Gift Card to be sent via post (excluding Singapore). When purchased in-spa or at BODHI Head Office, the Gift Card will be beautifully gift-wrapped for you.
Can the Gift Card / e-Gift Card be sent as a gift?
At the time of purchase, you can opt to have an e-Gift Card emailed to the recipient, or choose a Gift Card, beautifully wrapped and posted (excluding Singapore) directly to you, or the recipient.
Can my Gift Card / e-Gift Card be used at all BODHI locations?
BODHI Gift Cards / e-Gift Cards purchased in Australia (AUD) can be used at all BODHI spa locations in Australia.
Gift Cards / e-Gift Card purchased in Singapore (SGD) can only be used in Singapore.
Gift Cards / e-Gift Card can be redeemed towards any retail product or service.
How long will it take for my BODHI Gift Card to be delivered?
In Australia, if you order a Gift Card online, you can choose between Registered Australia Post, Express Registered Australia Post, and BODHI Home Delivery is available if you live within a 50km radius of Perth CBD. With Australia Post we are unable to guarantee delivery times, so we recommend that you allow plenty of time for your Gift Card to arrive.
BODHI Home Delivery (Perth only): For next day delivery, Gift Cards must be ordered Monday – Thursday by 5pm. Gift Cards ordered Friday, Saturday and Sunday, will be delivered by close of business of the following Tuesday.
Please note in Singapore we do not offer postal delivery or home delivery of Gift Cards.
Can I get a refund for my Gift Card / e-Gift Card?
BODHI Gift Cards / e-Gift Cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
Can I use a discount voucher in conjunction with a BODHI Gift Card / e-Gift Card?
Discounts can only be applied to the purchase of a BODHI Gift Card / e-Gift Card but not on redemption.
What happens if a balance remains on my Gift Card?
No change is given and the unused balance remains on the Gift Card for future use.
What happens if I lose my Gift Card / e-Gift Card?
BODHI Gift Cards / e-Gift Cards are the equivalent to cash, please treat them as such. If lost or stolen, Gift Cards / e-Gift Cards cannot be replaced.
